What is the best location for a new branch?
To approach clients in the most effective way, get their attention while maintaining a balance between profits and the cost of sales, it is important to find the optimum location for the company branch.
Street corners usually are good locations. But how many corners are there in a downtown? And is downtown the best location for clients?
We at Campi are utilizing two views on locating branch offices - macro and micro view.
Trade Area Potential
The macro view, also called Trade Area Potential, analyzes the types of population within a locality; logistics of access, and concentration of the target group, etc.
Based on initial data, we calculate the share value for each locality. Following the analysis, we are able to pinpoint localities with the most trade potential within a city.
Location Scorecard
The micro view, also called Location Scorecard, evaluates details in given localities with respect to the prospective branch location, such as population movement, transportation stops, parking areas etc.
After analyzing the three main indexes we come up with a recommendation for ideal branch location.
