Note:
Depending on the size of solutions, they can be divided into the pilot phase and then roll-out. Clients usually request this in situations when a change is necessary to be implemented in more than five branches or departments. The pilot phase will usually take anywhere from two to four months, roll-out takes from three to nine months.
